Hey,
doe the capacity metrics "size.recommendation" & "underusedpercent" consider affinity rules or ressource reservations for the calculations? Because based on the demand of the VMs it might be enough to keep 2 Hosts online but because of affinity rules it might be neccessary to have more hosts online, even though the ressource utilization is quite low.
