Policy for a VM in top right on object details screen switches between default and custom policy. VM is in a group that is only in the custom policy.

3 VMs in a custom group that points to a custom policy.  Every 20 - 30 minutes, one of the VMs shows the policy on the object details page for the VM switch between the custom policy and the default policy.  The other 2 VMs do not have this issue.  Any suggestions to fix?
