I was able to get the Brocade dashboards to display, but I'm not sure if this is the expected method. I connected to the analytics VM and navigated to the location shown above where the dashboard xml files are located. I copied those to my workstation and when logged into the custom dashboard I just imported each one individually. Not the most elegant way of going about it, but since Brocade's documentation does not mention how to do it the right way this seemed to get the job done.
