1. vSphere might not be reporting it's perf stats.. some 5.1/5.0. hosts had this issue. I forget when/what version it was fixed. Check vCenter to see if it's getting the stats.. no stats in vCenter...

See #1 in my recommendation.. vSphere might be reporting stats, but you need to check vCenter to see if vCenter is getting them.
