This would be the workload badge of the datastore at the time of that max latency peak. The idea is to tell you what the workload 'was' that was potentially driving the contention.

The vC Ops derived badge for workload (%). This includes both Disk I/O and Disk Space. Check it out in the "all metrics" browser and you'll see it lines up with your max write/read peaks.
