vCops .PAK file upload fails

Running vCops 5.7.1.  Attempting to upload EMC VNX Adapter file (.pak file), however upload fails with "General error occurred" message in upper-right of screen.  Any ideas what might cause this?

I think it is at  "/var/log/vmware" (I don't have access to my setup right now).Otherwise try find / -name 'admin.log' 2>/dev/nullon the UI VM and you will find it. Thanks,Alex D.
