Yes, it is normal You can only "delete" alerts of sub-type Fault, and the one you have selected is of the TimeRemaining one. vc ops handles alerts in a different way, so instead of chasing them and...

You can leverage the repository adapter for this, however you need to edit some of the config files and execute via shell (SSH). It's not a GUI-driven function, but it'll accomplish what you're looking...

vC Ops can only collect the data if it's being provided by vCenter. Open vCenter and go the Performance > Advanced area, then see if the CPU Ready (ms) value has any data for those VMs in question....
