HP StoreFront Analytics unexplained differences between vCOPS and vROPS
We have four 3PAR's and we use HP StoreFront Analytics for VMware vRealize Operations Manager.
We have two versions running:
- vCOPS 5.8.4 (build 2199700) and HP StoreFront Analytics 2.1.480
- vROPS 6.02765404 and HP StoreFront Analytics 3.0.574
I do see some unexplained differences between for instance 3PAR Health in vCOPS and vROPS.

View available space on a specific drive.
How can I view available space on a specific drive with vRealize Operation. For example, View amount of free space on only C-Drive. I have looked into the Guest File System Metric but that is not broken down by drive.

vROps DR architecture design
I'm designing vRops for an environment that has a production environment and a DR environment. The customer has a general rule to provide DR between Prod -> DR and I'm considering the best way to do this from a vROps perspective.
Key Points:
1. Prod and DR is similar hardware (Vblocks)
2. SRM is deployed and available
Options:
Opt 1. Use SRM to failover the nodes and bring up the same vROps instance on DC2 (Is it possible or supported to rename the nodes and/or re-ip if we needed to using SRM? I know some VMware appliances don't like this. )
Considerations: Does it make sense to try and seamlessly failover vRops to the DR datacenter, because even though the hardware, software components will be almost identical it is still physically separate kit. So for instance, an historical hardware alert from DC1 wont be applicable to DC2. There are a number of adapters including one for UCS, vCM, vCD, Hyperic, vCNS
Opt 2. Deploy two separate and independent instances of vROps, one monitoring DC1 an one monitoring DC2 - don't fail anything over if DC1 goes down.
Considerations: We'll have no historical alerts or performance baselines, but are they valid as its different hardware? Admittedly, the software services will be failed over and they will be the same but does it makes sense to monitor them as if they were still running on DC1
Opt 3??
I'm interested in the community thoughts as to ways to deploy vROps across this Active / Passive DC configuration

I am trying to figure out how to create an Alert when an Adapter Instance Name Collection State is set to "Not Collecting"

I want to find the list of affinity rules linking Virtual Machines to ESX hosts on vROPs. There must be a way on vRealize to locate those, but I can't find them.
Is there a way to locate the list of affinity rules/affinity settings?

This might have helped in your case but it didn't help in ours.
We have used setups with Windows vCenter Server as well as the vCenter Server Appliance.
In both cases within the the vROps alarm panel the shown error message is being reported.
Notification event - Adapter cxx-xxx-999: Cannot retrieve Health Information from vCenter's Health Service located at URL: https://cxx-xxx-999.secret-treasure.com:8443/vws (censored)
Stopping and starting the node did not resolve this problem, neither did removing and re-registering the node.
When using the VCSA we changed the setting to regenerate (Certificate regeneration enabled = true) certificates but this message kept on appearing.
When I try to open up the URL with wvs shown in the error message I receive the following error:
HTTP Status 404 - /vws/

message /vws/
description The requested resource is not available.

VMware vFabric tc Runtime 2.9.5.SR1/7.0.50.C.RELEASE
Not sure if, when all works well, I should see a different page there, but sadly this is all I see at this point.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? And come on, be honest. I have done 4 installations by now and they all show the same errors, all in different environments. What the bug?!

vROPS 6.0 Custom Report Schedule
By default there is option to generate reports at an hour interval , Have someone explored the options to increase the frequency of creating such reports i.e. 15 min or 30 min.
I want to create a schedule for generating reports after every 30 min but it seems that it is possible only at one hours interval
